The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and always took the time to explain what was happening each step of the way. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, and our home now feels both spacious and cohesive - you’d never know the additions weren’t part of the original structure.

When we bought our home, we took the time to meet with at least seven different contractors before making a decision. From our very first meeting with Lew and George, we immediately felt this was the right fit. We hired Merryfield for a full bathroom remodel and a laundry room addition, and from design to completion, the experience exceeded every expectation.

Lew’s creative design ideas and clear vision were exactly what we had been searching for. He brought thoughtful, creative solutions that helped us stay within budget without ever compromising on style or quality. He was responsive, patient, and communicative throughout the process, always available to answer questions and guide us through decisions. What I especially appreciated was his honesty and expertise: if we suggested something that might not work as well in practice, Lew would kindly walk us through the reasoning, show us examples, and help us find an even better option. His professionalism and generosity with his time made the entire process feel collaborative and enjoyable.

Their project manager, Brian, was equally impressive. He was on site daily, punctual, and proactive, ensuring every crew member was respectful of our home and maintained a clean, organized workspace. Every vendor and tradesperson Merryfield brought in was top-notch, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Our finished bathroom and laundry room truly look like they came straight out of a magazine.

We’ve since signed on for another custom project with Merryfield, and I can confidently say this is a team you can trust completely. Remodeling and construction projects can often be stressful, but Merryfield made ours not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result.

I strongly recommend using Merryfield construction. We recently used Merryfields to complete an addition and in my opinion they are the premier construction company. We called them after hearing about a great experience our neighbor had with them and they completely lived up to that high praise. George came out right away to discuss our project and go over the process with us and was great to work with getting the project going. Then our project was managed by Brian who expertly managed all aspects of the construction. Merryfield’s had our addition built within one month of starting which was amazing and impressive. Equally impressive was how every inspection passed on the first visit. We’ve never experienced that before. Also, there were no hidden costs or surprises during the construction. We always knew ahead of time what was going on. Brian kept us informed as to what was happening, what the plan was and what would be performed next. Brian was available for anything we needed and ensured nothing but quality work was performed. He was excellent to work with. Brian also helped us add to the project by re-doing the floors for our entire first floor to match the addition (something we would not have done without Brian’s involvement in our project) and he weaved that work in so that it was all accomplished within 2 days and didn’t prolong or impact the end date of the project. We were impressed with Merryfield’s work and impressed with and enjoyed working with Brian.
